Clayton Services in Houston Heights seeks a Membership & Operations Coordinator to drive membership growth, convert trials, and oversee studio operations. The role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with a temp-to-hire path and a $16.00/hour rate.

You will greet families, manage front-of-house tasks, track sales metrics, and support marketing through social posts and newsletters using Canva and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership or subscription sales and a demonstrated sales mindset.
• Strong communication and a warm, engaging demeanor with families.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and social media; willingness to learn studio software.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with prompt professional response.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families, provide tours, and convert intro offers and trials into memberships.
• Follow up on trials and leads via calls and emails, including two-week trial customers.
• Track lead conversions and report progress to studio leadership.
• Promote memberships, packages, and studio events to families in-studio.
• Manage front-of-house operations including opening/closing procedures and space upkeep.
• Keep studio clean, guest-ready, and maintain check-in areas; handle Friday deep cleans.
• Manage bookings and party tracking; assist instructors with class setups.
• Create weekly newsletters and social content in Canva; post schedules on Instagram.
