Dade County Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Specialist in the Doral, FL area. The role supports the Business Development Department with at-site and off-site outreach to grow SEG memberships and promote Credit Union products.

You will meet with business owners and employees, presenting services and attaining monthly membership goals. Some travel and weekend events are required.

Competenze

• Two to four years of sales experience and proven ability to generate new leads and meet sales goals.
• Two to four years in financial services (Banking/Credit Union).
• Ability to travel to offsite locations in personal vehicle and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills one-to-one and in groups.
• Excellent Telephone sales skills.
• Must be PC literate and proficient with banking CRM programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a plan to generate membership leads beyond the current SEG list.
• Prospect, network, and build long-term community relationships to increase deposits and membership.
• Represent the Credit Union at trade shows, community events, and other activities including evenings/weekends.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new SEGs by presenting Credit Union membership to prospective management teams.
• Schedule and conduct SEG visits with employee presentations and Credit Union Days to enroll members and promote loans and online services.
• Promote visits via flyers, email bulletins, and other materials.
• Coordinate SEG marketing materials and support from the nearest branch.
• Open accounts in Episys following all regulations and procedures.
• Resolve member complaints and communicate outcomes to members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
