Job summary

Exos is seeking an experienced Membership Sales Associate to promote and sell fitness memberships, building meaningful relationships with potential members. Your professionalism and understanding of our offerings will guide success.

You will generate leads, guide prospects to membership solutions, coordinate promotions, engage with communities, and focus on member retention while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role.
• Sales and/or membership experience preferred.
• Energetic, friendly, and personable.
• Strong multitask and goal-achievement ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished phone manner.
• Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and new membership sales
• Understand prospects' needs and guide them towards suitable membership solutions
• Create, coordinate, and manage promotional activities to enhance Center visibility
• Establish and nurture relationships with local residential communities and businesses
• Create opportunities for new business development and maintain relationships with existing and past clients
• Focus on member retention and seek referrals
• Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and connectivity
• Grow profit centers through promotion of center services to new and prospective members
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for center members
• Sustain and support membership retention through member engagement
• Provide needs analysis and personalized site tours for potential members
• Other duties as assigned.
