Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking hospitality driven Sales Managers to drive membership dues and base growth. The role oversees sales operations, including Fitness Advisors, prospecting, new member sales, and retention, reporting to Club GM and Regional Manager.

The position requires weekend/evening availability and CPR credentials (or within 60 days). The role emphasizes coaching, policy maintenance, and strong customer service within a fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive membership growth via phone, outside sales, and retention
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Weekend, evening and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Seek new and existing memberships to exceed sales goals by phone, outside sales, and member retention
• Report daily with Club GM and Regional Manager on goals and outflow
• Conduct daily sales meetings with club Sales team
• Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, and direct staff; evaluate performance
• Maintain and update sales policies and procedures
• Build relationships with staff and participate in club meetings and events
