Job summary

Be FITNESS, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group in Delafield, WI, seeks a Membership Sales & Retention Specialist to drive member engagement, recruit new members, and help achieve revenue goals for personal training, massage, and Pilates.

You will manage leads, onboarding, and retention, using Club OS, track metrics, and collaborate with management to deliver top-notch experiences for current members and prospects.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in personal training, group exercise, sales, and/or member engagement.
• Ability to develop and maintain computer records and track forms in Word/Excel.
• Familiarity with Club OS or similar membership management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales opportunities by connecting with individuals, groups, companies, local businesses, and community partners.
• Manage leads, follow up tasks, new member touchpoints, and member check-ins through Club OS, including calls, texts, emails, documentation, and pipeline updates.
• Welcome and orient new members by introducing them to staff, scheduling fitness consultations, InBody scans, appointments, and onboarding.
• Identify and reengage at-risk members to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Support member engagement through events, promotions, partnerships, and local perks.
