Under the direction of the Program & Marketing Manager, you will develop member relationships, build partnerships, and execute campaigns to support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while promoting services and events at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Recreation, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in sales, business development, marketing, hospitality, recreation, or membership-based org.
Proven ability to hit sales goals and build strong customer relationships.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with social media and digital marketing; proficiency with Canva, Office, Google Workspace, and CRM.

Responsibilities

Drive membership growth and program participation through proactive sales and marketing execution.
Guide prospective members through enrollment and maintain follow-up to drive conversions.
Develop corporate and community partnerships to expand memberships and revenue.
Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, digital, and print channels.
Maintain membership, lead, and sales data in CRM; track performance and prepare reports.
