Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Member Services Sales Coordinator to promote memberships and programs to current and prospective members. You will build relationships with community groups, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain CRM records to grow membership revenue.

You will handle member onboarding, process applications and payments, and lead facility tours while upholding the JCC values and mission in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship development and client service focus.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, appointments, and relationship-building.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and build long-lasting member relationships.
• Process membership applications and payments accurately and promptly.
• Lead tours and manage lead generation and CRM data entry.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 business hours and represent the JCC professionally.
