Job summary

The Galbut Family Miami Beach JCC on the Simkins Family Campus is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to enhance member onboarding, engagement, and retention. This role supports the Membership Services Director, contributes to staff training, membership sales, data entry, and event planning, while ensuring top-tier customer service at the Service Desk.

Ideal candidates are warm, outgoing, with 4+ years in admin/customer service, and comfortable with community outreach, selling memberships,

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or BA preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years in administrative/customer service and supervisory/management experience a plus.
• Specific Skills: Customer Service, Interpersonal Communication, Basic Computer (Microsoft Office/Outlook), Calendar Management, Basic Accounting and Handling of Monies, Multitasking, Self-Motivated, Anticipates Needs and Highly Organized, Comfortable with learning/using Data systems.

Responsibilities

• Member onboarding, experience, relationship management, communication, retention, and recruitment.
• Represent the organization within the community by building relationships with local businesses and partners to increase awareness and membership.
• Data entry and registration of membership for membership and programs in the JCC data systems.
