The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable programs with measurable business impact. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in marketing or community growth are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 4+ years in community management or digital marketing.
• Experience building or transforming an email marketing function.
• Experience planning and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with external client/partner relationship management.
• Experience managing performance-oriented multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with Meta/Google Ads preferred.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to members and prospects.
• Define and track engagement metrics for campaigns.
• Create content and graphics for campaigns using Canva or Photoshop.
• Develop KPIs related to engagement, retention, referrals, and participation.
• Lead end-to-end member engagement programs and communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize strategy and outreach.
