First Book in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Member Marketing & Engagement to deepen member loyalty, drive multi-channel campaigns, and scale engagement across the educator network.

You will design programs with cross-functional partners, oversee content and events, and use data to optimize campaigns while staying aligned with First Book’s mission to support educators serving children.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to members and prospects that emphasize First Book’s membership benefits and resources, promote community-building initiatives, and showcase the First Book Marketplace.
• Define and track metrics for engagement with multi-channel campaigns (ad engagement, registrations, downloads, video views, referrals).
• Create innovative content and visuals for campaigns using Canva or Photoshop, GIFs, and user-generated content.
• Develop KPIs related to member engagement, retention, referrals, campaign performance, and community participation.
• Lead end-to-end member engagement programs (content planning, campaign development, community management, virtual events, communications).
• Guide stakeholders in designing member-facing content and outreach campaigns.
• Develop scalable recognition and ambassador programs to boost advocacy and referrals.
