Job summary

United States Olympic & Paralympic Museum is seeking a proactive Coordinator, Membership to lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of our membership program. You will drive acquisition, renewal, and upgrade strategies, manage CRM systems, and curate exclusive member experiences in collaboration with Marketing and Guest Services.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in nonprofit membership or donor relations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the Museum’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in membership development, donor relations, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit fundraising.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead redesign, launch, and ongoing management of the museum’s membership program.
  • Create and maintain membership materials including welcome packets and guides.
  • Establish systems for membership acquisition, renewal, upgrade, and retention.
  • Design and implement exclusive member programming and access opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day membership operations and CRM data integrity.
  • Coordinate member benefits and experiences with internal teams.
