Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Victor, NY is seeking a full-time Membership Director to lead the prospecting, onboarding, and connection activities that drive club growth within the Troon family. You will oversee membership communications, marketing initiatives, and CRM-driven reporting to support a premier hospitality lifestyle.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with members and prospects, collaboration with onsite management and the Troon corporate team, and a data-informed approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in marketing, PR, communications or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in membership, marketing or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales, revenue and retention goals.
• Direct marketing, membership and communications strategy.
• Oversee onboarding and new member experiences.
• Manage CRM, reporting, and data-driven insights.
