Job summary

Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Victor, NY, seeks a full-time Membership Director to drive membership sales, onboarding, and community engagement within a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will work with Troon and club management to grow the member base and deliver a premier member experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communications or hospitality or 4+ years’ related experience, outstanding communication, leadership, and CRM capabilities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or minimum four years in a related field.
• Country club or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds stated sales, revenue, and retention goals.
• Leads and directs the marketing, membership, and communications team and overall strategy.
• Interacts with members, prospects, coworkers, and management with a positive attitude and culture of hospitality.
• Develops and executes marketing tactics to enhance Cobblestone Creek brand and membership plan with onsite and corporate coordination.
• Drives content development and production of membership materials, communications, site content, and onboarding docs.
• Conducts marketing activities such as community networking, Realtor relations, and events.
• Reports results and data; manages CRM and membership reports with weekly updates on leads and pipeline.
• Oversees membership paperwork, onboarding files, and document storage.
• Leads onboarding for new members with a structured orientation and department leads.
• Collaborates with club leadership and Troon teams to align goals and budgets.
• Develops and adheres to a departmental budget and tracks performance.
