Job summary

Full Circle Fund is a Bay Area nonprofit convening and accelerating social impact by connecting nonprofits, funders, and volunteers. The role centers on cultivating Members, driving onboarding, retention, and placement within the network, and delivering engaging experiences across programs and events.

You will lead outreach, personalize Member journeys, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders while supporting a robust calendar of events in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, feedback, public speaking, and member motivation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to own and manage projects and adapt to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Member acquisition and retention strategies with direct revenue goal.
• Manage Member lifecycle from onboarding to placement in programs.
• Ensure member participation and satisfaction through outreach and check-ins.
• Understand member interests and curate experiences aligning with nonprofit needs.
• Support communications tools and collaborate on 50+ events per year.
