• Oversee member experience including onboarding, engagement, renewals, and service standards.
• Collaborate with membership, marketing, sales, and events to keep programs on schedule.
• Build processes and systems to support growth while maintaining a personal member experience.
• Track expenses against budgets and flag needs to leadership.
