TalentLink Solutions is seeking a Membership Manager to own advisor engagement, activation, and retention for our remote US-based Membership. You will be the face and owner of the Membership experience, ensuring advisors engage every 30 days and stay long term.

You will lead onboarding, proactive ongoing touchpoints, communications, and content so advisors feel seen, supported, and successful within our ecosystem.

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Ability to lead projects and calls.
• Proactive with task progression.
• Experience with client engagement and relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Own advisor onboarding and activation.
• Maintain ongoing engagement and retention programs.
• Coordinate member communications and content.
• Manage CRM documentation and weekly tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upgrades.
• Monitor engagement metrics and flag risks.
