TalentLink Solutions is seeking a Membership Engagement lead to own the onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement for our advisor Membership program. You will establish relationships from day one, guide members through activation paths, and ensure sustained use of the membership benefits.

You will manage communications, content uploads, and event participation while tracking retention metrics and coordinating with Sales on renewals. A high-touch, growth-minded approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Onboarding and activation experience with members
• Ability to own the membership journey and drive engagement
• Comfort leading calls and Zoom presentations
• Strong written communication and follow-through

• Own onboarding and activation paths for new members
• Conduct quarterly accountability checkpoints
• Proactively re-engage inactive members and run retention calls
• Plan member communications and coordinate content uploads
• Maintain the annual member calendar and track engagement metrics
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upgrades
• Identify improvements to increase usage and retention
