Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a Membership Coordinator to present the club to prospects, manage member inquiries, and coordinate onboarding and closings. The role involves property tours, data entry in Jonas and EOM reporting, and ensuring member issues are addressed with hospitality-focused service.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in hospitality or club sales, strong time management, and excellent communication. In-office role with varied hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, planning, or similar industry; club, hotel, resort sales or membership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present the Club to prospect members, highlighting benefits and membership classifications.
• Respond to member and stakeholder requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Monitor and respond to member feedback and present trends to the Membership Director.
• Provide property tours for prospective and upgrading members.
• Handle membership closings, deposits, and onboarding processes.
