Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA seeks an experienced golf operations leader to oversee all golf services, staffing, and tournament programming. You will manage purchasing, tee-time flow, and course play while enforcing golf rules and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a PGA member with 3+ years of management experience, plus strong customer service, training, and fiscal skills. A PGA PGM completion or business schooling is preferred, with a focus on leadership and staff

Qualifications

• PGA member for at least 3 years.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Must have customer service, training and supervision of staff, fiscal experience, and tournament organization skills.
• 10 or more years of experience in the business (under PGA requirements) preferred.
• PGA PGM Completion (or business school) required.
• Must be able to motivate and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all golf services and operations including golf-related purchasing, cart maintenance, tee-time reservations, and starting/monitoring play.
• Enforces all rules and regulations governing golf course usage.
• Coordinates golf operations with Golf Course Maintenance Department and maintains close working relationship with Golf Course Superintendent.
• Reviews and reports financial variances at the end of each period; develops annual operating budget and business plan.
• Develops and manages an innovative tournament program that services all customer segments.
• Maintains and oversees a profitable merchandise concession; establishes retail sales goals and forecasts.
• Oversees weekly golf staff time sheets, payroll, purchase orders, and invoices; prepares reports for VP of Golf.
