Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA seeks a Lead Assistant Golf Professional for Fenmoor Golf Course. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage outside operations, and assist in budgeting and forecasting while mentoring junior staff toward leadership.

The role requires PGA involvement or Level II PGA/PGM education, strong computer and communication skills, and 1–2 years of management experience; valid driver’s license and credit to join our team with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PGA member preferred or Level II PGA/PGM education.
• Experience in golf facility operations.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, POS).
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Golf instruction experience including Jr. programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations and staff training.
• Assist in managing outside staff and merchandising.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and daily/monthly/annual records.
• Maintain golf shop, equipment, and merchandise levels.
• Coordinate tournament operations and events.
