Job summary

WUCF TV seeks a Membership Coordinator to manage donor relations, on-air fundraising campaigns, and member benefits. You will handle data management, gift processing, and event coordination to maximize net revenue and member satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Associate Director to drive engagement through the WUCF Family Club and Gift Membership programs, while providing responsive service across channels and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Allegiance, Raiser's Edge, Tessitura, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Ability to review large datasets and identify anomalies in the donor gift processing life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on logistics for on-air fundraising and membership campaigns, including events, member communication, on-air messaging, and gift fulfillment.
• Correspond with members by phone, mail, email, and in person; assist Passport activation and gift processing; outreach to lapsed donors.
• Manage the WUCF Family Club: memberships, renewals, lapsed memberships, birthday gifts, and benefits; coordinate TV spots with Production.
• Conduct donor stewardship for a portfolio with annual gifts between $100 and $500.
• Process membership data and gifts in the donor database; generate membership reports as needed.
• Coordinate the mailing and fulfillment of Gift Memberships; communicate with purchasers and recipients.
• Articulate the mission and values of WUCF TV & FM, PBS, and public media.
• Participate in Fund Drives as on-air talent and at events.
