Job summary

The University of Central Florida's WUCF TV seeks a Program Coordinator (Membership Coordinator) to oversee donor relations, on-air campaigns, data management, and events that maximize net revenue and member satisfaction. This role collaborates with the Associate Director of Annual Giving & Engagement to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

You will manage the WUCF Family Club, gift memberships, and donor stewardship, while coordinating communications with donors, vendors, and public media

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM or donor databases (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Tessitura) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on development and execution of logistics for on-air fundraising and membership campaigns.
• Correspond with members by phone, mail, email, and in person to provide responsive service.
• Manage the WUCF Family Club including new memberships, renewals, and benefits fulfillment.
• Conduct donor stewardship for a portfolio of donors with annual gifts between $100 and $500.
• Process membership data and gifts in the donor database and generate reports.
