YMCA of Southwestern NC is seeking a part-time Membership Services Coordinator to support member services, recruitment, retention and desk operations. This role includes coordinating program registrations, billing tasks, and community events while assisting leadership with rentals and contracts at the branch.
The position emphasizes member-focused service, staff training support and collaboration with leadership to meet branch goals and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Description
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Assists in all aspects of membership for the branch including recruitment of new members, retention of existing members and scheduling of staff. Develops, plans and implements new procedures and methods to achieve strategic goals.
