Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Director based in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The Membership Director will oversee membership development initiatives, coordinate outreach efforts, and build relationships with current and prospective members. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to grow and retain membership, managing budgets related to membership activities, and delivering exceptional service to elevate the member experience. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and leadership to meet organizational goals.
