Job summary

Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center is seeking a Membership and Development Coordinator to manage annual memberships, renewals, and donor communications on-site in Oklahoma City. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in nonprofit development, membership, donor relations, or related administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage recurring processes and deadlines in a team environment.
• Experience with donor databases and data integrity is valued.
• Comfort learning and using new technologies to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the annual membership program, including renewals and communications.
• Process gifts, pledges, and donor acknowledgments; maintain donor records and reporting.
• Provide development department administrative support and coordination for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote membership and donor engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across Development systems.
