Job summary

The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) seeks a Development Coordinator in Oklahoma City to manage CRM data, report on fundraising activities, and support donor relations. The role focuses on data integrity, analysis, and communications, reporting to the Director of Development.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 2 years in a non-profit setting, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with major CRM systems and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years working for a non-profit organization or in a similar role.
• Extremely high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Import/export data from various sources including manual and batch entry.
• Review reports for accurate reconciliation with the Finance Department.
• Maintain database integrity and quality, including routine data improvement and data auditing.
• Identify, mine and analyze prospects for initiatives.
• Maintain and update donor records and other data as needed.
• Cultivate donor relationships by managing communications and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain primary contact with contract agencies as assigned.
• Assist with gift processing and acknowledgements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
