Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University seeks an Advancement Connector to support the Development Directors by handling scheduling, communications, and day-to-day logistics for donor engagement. The role focuses on organization, timely coordination, and proactive preparation for donor interactions.

Responsibilities include calendar management, email drafting, donor briefs, CRM data entry, and assisting with events and campaigns to enable leaders to focus on fundraising and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a full, well-organized calendar for the Director(s) of Development.
• Schedule donor meetings, calls, and events with a focus on efficiency and planning.
• Draft and send professional emails, meeting confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare concise donor briefings ahead of meetings (background, history, key notes).
• Enter and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system.
• Assist with planning and coordination of donor outreach, events, and campaigns.
