Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,678.00/yr

Responsibilities of the Membership Associate:

  • Respond to member and customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Troubleshoot issues related to membership, billing, education access, and product orders
  • Maintain and update member records in the association management database (training provided)
  • Process membership applications and renewals
  • Provide support for educational platform access, continuing education credits, and product fulfillment
  • Assist with list reconciliation, data cleanup, and other administrative projects
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member questions
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for customer service tasks
  • Handle fulfillment issues including missing journal issues and product delivery follow-ups

Qualifications of the Membership Associate:

  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or data entry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
