Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership by explaining benefits, promoting products, and handling upgrades and credit accounts. You will assist Members at the point of purchase, process orders, and maintain accuracy while upholding safety and company standards.

You will contribute to a high-performing team, participate in sales events, and aim to meet membership goals with excellent service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits
• Promotes the value of Company products and services
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs and assisting purchasing decisions
• Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics and practices Open Door Policy to execute business processes and practices
• Delivers benefits information to Members and answers questions to improve satisfaction
• Supports safety by following all safety standards and reporting unsafe situations
