Sam's Club is seeking an enthusiastic associate to support Membership benefits and promote value across Walmart products and services. Responsibilities include processing upgrades, credit accounts, and assisting members with purchases, while maintaining safety and policy adherence.

You will engage with members, provide information, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Assists with pulling and packing orders and ensuring accuracy of items and invoices.
• Delivers Member service by acknowledging needs, guiding purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follows safety standards and company policies, including open door and integrity guidelines.
