Job summary

Sam's Club, a Walmart subsidiary, is seeking a team member to develop and support Membership, promote the value of products and services, and handle upgrades and credit accounts while participating in sales events to meet Membership goals.

You will deliver member service, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and help maintain safety by following procedures for forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership information and benefits to promote value of products and services
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales events to reach goals
• Maintains safety by following procedures including forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling
• Completes order pulling, scanning, packing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices
• Delivers Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues
