Life Time in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Membership Concierge III who delivers top-tier member service, promotes Life Time to prospective members, and contributes to club acquisition and retention goals. This role leads the Concierge Team, sharing expertise to foster a service-driven culture and brand loyalty.

The position requires strong communication, a minimum of one year in customer service and sales, and completion of required certifications within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests.
• Handle and delegate incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educate members on programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships and deliver over-the-top service experiences.
• Assist with account maintenance, payments, and transactions.
• Support retention by presenting options for membership changes.
• Engage in service recovery to ensure satisfaction.
• Customize buying experiences for prospected members.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with brand.
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
