LaPlaya Beach Resort & Club in Naples, FL seeks a friendly part-time Greeter/Concierge for our private Beach Club. You will set the tone for members' visits, greet guests by name, assist with reservations, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires guest relations and customer service experience, weekend/holiday availability, and English communication skills; training provided.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience as a Concierge or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: LaPlaya is seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented person, to be a welcoming part-time Greeter/Conceirge in our private Beach Club. In this role, you will set the tone from the start, for the member's visits to LaPlaya.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness as they arrive, making them feel valued from the moment they walk through the door
• Asist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations, and all member programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, providing guests with menus, answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and guest relations at all times
