Job summary

LaPlaya Beach Resort & Club in Naples, FL, is seeking a welcoming part-time Greeter/Concierge to set the tone for members’ visits at our private Beach Club.

You will greet guests, assist with membership and dining reservations, and maintain a smooth host stand, contributing to an outstanding guest experience while working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience as a Concierge or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness as they arrive, making them feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• Assist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations, and all member programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, providing menus and answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service during busy hours.
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations.
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and guest relations at all times.
