Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Public Administration, or related field or minimum eight years of related experience.
• Minimum five years relevant professional experience in program management, business operations, project management, community relations, membership engagement, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation for membership development and engagement initiatives.
• Track deliverables, escalate risks, and keep initiatives on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for membership and events.
