Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Run and close consultations to convert leads to memberships.
• Remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Hand off new members to Studio Management.
• Maintain CRM with every lead and follow-up.
• Report weekly on calls, booked/attended/closed.
