Job summary

The Athletic Clubs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Membership Advisor to close deals and grow the Training Squad. You’ll own the funnel from consultation to signed member, handling high-volume calls, consultations, and objections with warmth and persistence.

You’ll work with SDRs on initial touches, ensure show rate and pipeline hygiene, and hand off new members to Studio Management. Base salary plus uncapped commission, with OTE around $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Make a high-volume of outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Confirm and remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Work leads that didn’t close and past prospects to reopen conversations.
• Run and close consultations and convert prospects to memberships.
• Handle objections with confidence and care.
• Handoffs: transfer new members to Studio Management and keep CRM updated.
