Responsibilities

• Own the full funnel from consultation to signed Training Squad member.
• Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls daily to move leads forward.
• Confirm and remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Run and close consultations, handling objections confidently.
• Follow up until a decision is made and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Hand off new members to Studio Management and track outcomes.
