Club Athletic is seeking a seasoned Membership Advisor to own the funnel from consultation to signing Training Squad members. You’ll make a high volume of calls, run consultations, and close memberships that stick, while maximizing show-up rates and pipeline hygiene.

You’ll collaborate with SDRs on early touchpoints and hand off new members to Studio Management. The role emphasizes a results-driven, consultative selling approach with a thriving commission structure.

• Thrives in a high-volume calling environment and manages a full schedule.
• Excellent listener who matches customer needs to the right offering.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily to reach every lead.
• Confirm and remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Run and close consultations and convert prospects to memberships.
• Handle objections with confidence and care to keep prospects moving.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date lead and follow-up steps.
• Report weekly on calls, consultations, and closes.
