Club Athletic is a community-first fitness brand built on Squad Training, where people train together, twice a week, at a set time, with a dedicated coach.

As a Membership Advisor, you own the funnel from consultation to signed Training Squad member. This is a high-volume sales role with most of your day on calls, booking and closing memberships that stick, and you’ll earn uncapped commission on close alongside a base salary.

• Organized with strong lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Confirm and remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Close consultations and convert leads into memberships.
• Handoff new members to Studio Management.
• Maintain accurate CRM with next steps for every lead.
• Report weekly on calls, consultations, and closings.
