Club Athletic is seeking a seasoned Membership Advisor in Nashville to own the full funnel from consultation to signed Training Squad member. You will make high-volume outbound and inbound calls, run consultations, and close memberships with a focus on members who stay for 3+ months.

Qualifications

• Seasoned closer with proven ability to convert inquiries into memberships.
• Thrives on high-volume call schedules and maintains quality across the day.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily, with text/email support.
• Confirm and remind booked consultations to reduce no-shows.
• Reopen conversations with leads that didn’t close.
• Run and close consultations and convert prospects to memberships.
• Understand prospect goals and match to the right squad and time, closing into a membership.
• Handle objections with confidence and care.
• Follow up with undecided prospects until closed or declined.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with leads and next steps.
• Report weekly on calls, consultations, and closures; identify what's working.
