Job summary

DMACC is seeking a part-time Work-Study Membership Attendant to assist members and guests at Trail Point, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment. This position is funded through the Federal Work-Study program and requires a current FWS award.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining membership options and pricing, and assisting with program registration. You must be able to work 10 hours per week, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, and complete

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR/AED certification must be completed within 60 days of hire.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• The Membership Attendant will engage in friendly conversation with members and guests while checking into the facility and explaining offerings.
• Work with the membership team to ensure a welcoming, safe environment and accurate information on hours, pricing, and program registration.
