Job summary

MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA is seeking a Membership and Annual Giving Coordinator to grow and maintain our membership program and annual giving efforts. You will manage daily operations, campaigns, and data, collaborate with the Senior Manager and Advancement team, and help expand donor and member engagement.

You will also provide administrative support to the Advancement department, coordinate meetings, materials, files, and contribute to cross-functional fundraising initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BA preferred or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in an administrative or development capacity; culture/non-profit experience preferred.
• Experience working with an integrated CRM system; Tessitura experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement annual membership campaigns and events in Tessitura; track benefits and data sources.
• Coordinate membership data and sales with Box Office colleagues.
• Process and close customer service inquiries from membership transactions.
• Organize and process membership fulfillments; export, reformat, print and mail materials.
• Assist with membership campaigns and events, including print collateral and online campaigns.
