Job summary

MASS MoCA is seeking an Advancement Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising, stewardship, and administration. You will maintain donor data integrity in Tessitura, prepare proposals and updates, and assist with donor events and communications.

You will work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and team, coordinating gift tracking, reporting, and donor engagements throughout the year, including evenings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising or related field.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
• Prepare donor correspondence, proposals, briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule donor meetings and coordinate follow-up activities for leadership.
• Maintain donor records and gift entries in Tessitura; generate reports.
• Prepare tax receipts and donor acknowledgements.
• Assist with events and outreach materials.
• Support budgeting, planning, and project tracking.
