Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Membership Analyst to collaborate across teams, supporting initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes.

You will develop test plans, execute test cases, document results and help establish best practices while building reports and automation tools to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in business operations, administration, or information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); knowledge of Access/SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Membership Analyst

This position works across different teams and departments, fostering strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.

What You'll Do:

You will ensure that Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards resulting in quality products that meet end-user requirements. You will assist in developing detailed test plans and be responsible for related test phase tasks. You'll execute test cases, document test results, and escalation issues as needed. You will identify Membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department as well as for all Auto Club Enterprise employee. Develop, maintain and enhance various reports and reporting tools. You’ll recognize, design and integrate continuous improvement components to meet redesign needs, including supporting development of automation tools.

What You'll Need:

To thrive in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in business operations, business administration, or business information systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with teams across all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word and Excel required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau preferred. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred. Auto Club Enterprise Membership operations experience preferred. #LI-DF1

The starting pay range for this position is:

$64,500.00 - $86,100.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
