Define and monitor key performance indicators including acquisition, retention, penetration, profitability, engagement, and member satisfaction; translate insights into actionable product decisions. Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to interpret cohort analyses, segmentation models, behavioural trends, and performance reporting that inform product strategy.
