Crazy Mountain Ranch is seeking a Membership Accountant in Clyde Park, MT to manage accounts receivable and support the Club’s Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes. The role acts as a finance liaison with members and internal teams, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely cash collections.

The main office is in Bozeman, with ranch work required as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years AR experience are preferred; Excel/Word proficiency is

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, statistics, computer science or business administration required.
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable accounting or similar experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build member and team relationships.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and organized to solve problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with Total e Integrated POS and/or Sage accounting software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute monthly member account statements with charges and balances due.
• Manage payment collections and monitor accounts receivable totals.
• Maintain central membership accounting email and phone line as main financial contact.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member account disputes.
• Support month-end close and ensure US GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Assist in audits and refine procedures post-audit.
• Grow expertise in Total e Integrated POS software.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting by collecting and analyzing data.
• Coordinate with teams to align on best financial practices.
