Qualifications

• 2+ years working in an accounting field.
• Familiarity with office procedures and records management.

Responsibilities

• Process daily AP mail and emails for specific departments.
• Sort and route invoices to local AP staff or purchasing/admins.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure W9s, 1099s, and vendor information are filed securely.
• Execute expedited payment processing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Distribute weekly and monthly AP reports.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of major credit accounts or accounts with high transaction volume.
• Perform statement reconciliation across multiple companies.
