Job summary

Yellowstone Club seeks a Membership Receivable Specialist to manage communications with members about monthly statements and resolve discrepancies in member credit accounts. The role is based in Bozeman, MT, within the Accounting office.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing payments, maintaining CRM records, and supporting month-end closing and audits as needed, while upholding guest service standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training.
• Call center or customer support experience.
• CRM/enterprise software experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience with office management software systems, ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional assistance on member and guest inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to member emails.
• Navigate and maintain member account records in the CRM/billing system.
• Act as the primary contact for member billing issues and resolve queries.
• Apply and track member, prospect, and guest payments.
• Assist in setting up billing items, events, and reports; learn the billing software.
