Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders during club house service.

• Provide service to guests per club house standards.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work as directed by management.

Job description

SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour, plus tips. The role provides efficient assistance to the servers and bartenders during club house business hours.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company's Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
• Perform any necessary pre-shift side work, as directed by supervisor.
• Become thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
• Unload trays in the dish machine area.
• Reset all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables.
• Keep tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times.
• Assist server(s)in cleaning spills.
• Assist server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service.
• Complete assigned side work for both opening and closing duties.
• Dispose of dirty linen at the end of the shift.
• Remove dirty plates from guests' tables between courses or as directed by server(s), using tray service.
• Provide service to the guests/members as per the Club house standards.
• Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in resort or a related field preferred.
• In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages
